Ingredients:

Sheep cheese 96,2% (pasteurized sheep's milk (origin Spain), salt, firming agent: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic ferments, preservative: lysozyme (from egg. Rind: Polyinyl acetate and preservative: natamycin], pesto 3,8% (origin Italy) [Italian extra virgin olive oil, basilico genovese PDO, Parmigiano Reggiano DO (milk), Pecorino Romano PDO (milk), pine nuts, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid]. May contain traces of nuts.

SHEEP CHEESE WiTH ESPELETTE PEPPER.

Ingredients:

Sheep cheese 97% [pasteurized sheep's milk (origin Spain), salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic ferments and preservative: lysozyme (derived from EGG. Rind: polyvinyl acetate and preservative: natamycin], Espelette pepper paste 3% (origin France) [crushed Espelette pepper (2,2%), vinegar, sunflower oil, water, salt].

Ingredients:

Sheep cheese 97% [pasteurized sheep's milk (origin Spain), salt, rennet, stabilizer: calcium chloride, preservative: lysozyme (derived from egg, lactic ferment, rind: polyvinyl acetate and preservative: natamycin], truffle paste 3% (origin Italy) [Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), corn oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 0.42%, water, sunflower oil, natural aroma, salt, aromas, potato dehydrated, garlic, aqueous extract of summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.]
