This nougat is called Turrón Blando in Spain due to its creaminess, in contrast to the classic crunchy version of this beloved Christmas treat, Turrón Duro. This Soft Almond Nougat is made with 70% selected almonds from their fields. Their expert eye has achieved the perfect balance of creaminess and texture, enhancing the flavor of their almonds.
