Return Policy

At Deliberico, we work hard to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — we just need your collaboration to resolve it quickly and fairly.


Damaged Items & Carrier Claims

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim:

  • Email us at orders@deliberico.us

  • Include clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping box

  • This documentation is required to file a claim with the carrier

Once verified, we will process your refund promptly.

Please note: credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


Product Quality Issues

If you believe there is anything wrong with the product itself (quality, condition, or defect):

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging (plastic seal  in case of bone-in ham)

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. 

  • Please remove all previous labels and drop the package off at any UPS location. Keep the drop-off receipt for reference.

The product must be returned so we can:

  • Perform quality control evaluation

  • Notify the producer and/or return the product to them if needed

Once the product is received and evaluated, we will process your refund promptly.

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Photos are required for any damaged or defective items

Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Temperature-Sensitive Items


Temperature-Sensitive Items

Orders containing temperature-sensitive or perishable products are final sale and non-returnable.

These products are:

  • Packed with insulated materials and cold packs

  • Shipped via expedited one-day service to preserve freshness

Due to their perishable nature, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once shipped.


Order Cancellation Policy

At Deliberico, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us via email at orders@deliberico.us within one hour of placing your order.

Our orders department operates swiftly, and sometimes orders are processed within an hour.

While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled in time.

If we successfully cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.
