Return Policy

For refunds, please email us to orders@deliberico.us within the first 48 hours after receiving your order.

To be eligible* for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and pictures of damaged items in case that applies, so we can evaluate carrier responsibilities.

In case of temperature-sensitive items, you must return them in the same special insulated packaging and cold packs used.

Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Be advised that credit card companies take up to 10 business days to issue your refund.

Depending on the items, restocking fees and shipping charges may apply. You can return in person in our offices on 7917 NW 21st. St. Doral, Fl 33122.

We’ll always try to make the best shopping experience; we need your collaboration and double check that your address is correct and complete. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee delivery on time and extra delivery fees might be charged.

If any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

*Non-eligible items: Special orders, final sales and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Deliberico, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us via email at orders@deliberico.us within one hour of placing your order.

Please note the following:

• Our orders department operates swiftly, and most orders are processed within an hour.
• While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled in time.
• If we successfully cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.
