To be eligible* for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and pictures of damaged items in case that applies, so we can evaluate carrier responsibilities.
In case of temperature-sensitive items, you must return them in the same special insulated packaging and cold packs used.
Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Be advised that credit card companies take up to 10 business days to issue your refund.
