At Deliberico, we want you to enjoy your order and receive every product in excellent condition. Due to the perishable nature of many gourmet food products, returns are handled differently than non-food items. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will work quickly to make it right.
Damaged Items & Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

This documentation helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue an appropriate refund or replacement.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Product Quality Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with the quality or condition of a product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

For bone-in hams, photos of the plastic seal and labels
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid UPS return label so the product can be returned for quality control evaluation and review with the producer.
Please remove any previous shipping labels from the box before returning the package and keep the UPS drop-off receipt for your records.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue an appropriate refund or replacement if applicable.

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Return In Store
Customers located near our Miami location may also return approved products in person.
Please contact us before visiting so we can authorize the return and provide instructions.
Products approved for in-store return must be brought in their original packaging when applicable, along with the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Shipping Responsibility

Deliberico is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Temperature-Sensitive & Perishable Products
Orders containing temperature-sensitive or perishable products are final sale and non-returnable.
These products are:

Packed with insulated materials and cold packs

Shipped via expedited services when necessary to preserve freshness
Due to the perishable nature of these items, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once shipped.
While we take every precaution to protect temperature-sensitive products during transit, Deliberico is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has been handed to the shipping provider.

Order Cancellation Policy
At Deliberico, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at orders@deliberico.us within one hour of placing your order.

General Return Conditions
Due to the perishable nature of gourmet food products, Deliberico does not accept general returns or exchanges for food items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For approved returns:
