About Abril
Abril was born from a family tradition deeply rooted in the world of olive oil. In the 1950s, the Pérez Delgado family discovered their passion for this liquid gold in Mora de Toledo, where they began producing olive oil alongside wine. Soon after, they founded Aceites Pérez Delgado in Ourense, Galicia, hand-bottling their first liters with the same artisanal care that still defines the brand today.
The name Abril honors the month when the olive tree blooms and the Feria de Abril of Seville, a celebration cherished by founder Manuel Pérez Delgado, who gathered there with fellow olive oil producers to exchange knowledge and passion for the craft.
