Is it possible to pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can. On your online order you can choose to pick up at our store. Please, have your order number handy.

Do you ship countrywide?

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States that does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We don’t accept APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.

What is the policy on returns?

For returns and refunds, please email us to within the first 48 hours after receiving your order. Please, see our returns page for more details.

Is it possible to add items to an order already placed?

We might not always be able to accommodate additional items in an existing order if the package is too large and might compromise the integrity of the product. Once an order has been submitted, our system is unable to make any additions.

However, if you place a second order within 4 hours of your first order and the first order has not yet been shipped, we can process them together. Please ensure your second order is placed within 4 hours, and we’ll refund you the extra shipping cost if applicable.
