Where are you located?

We are located at 7917 NW 21st. St. Doral, Fl 33122.

Is it possible to pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can. On your online order you can choose to pick up at our store. Please, have your order number handy.

Do you ship countrywide?

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States that does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We don’t accept APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.

What is the policy on returns?

For returns and refunds, please email us to orders@deliberico.us within the first 48 hours after receiving your order. Please, see our returns page for more details.

Is it possible to add items to an order already placed?

Once an order has been submitted, our system is unable to accommodate any addition. In case the second order is done no more than 4h apart so we can process them together. Please, make sure your second order is placed within 4 hours and we’ll refund you the extra shipping cost if applicable.

Do you do special gift orders?

We will be happy to accommodate special requests for gifts. Please, reach out and we’ll make sure you get the perfect gift.

Do you do corporate gifting?

We do, we have corporate clients that trust us every year for their clients and employees' gifts. Do you hesitate to contact us at orders@deliberico.us to get a customized proposal.

Is it possible to apply a coupon or gift card to an order already placed?

All discounts or gift cards must be applied at the time of purchase. Please, make sure to enter the code correctly before submitting your order.
