LOCAL DELIVERY (MIAMI-DADE AND BROWARD)
Our specialized delivery team takes all necessary precautions to ensure the well-being of our consumers and that of our staff.
Local deliveries are only available for Miami-Dade and Broward. See rate at check out.
Your Deliberico order will be delivered withing 1-3 business day after placing your order.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Choose "Pickup In Store" at checkout and come and pick your order at our Doral Location:
7917 NW 21st. St. Doral, Fl 33122.
Orders received before 10:00am can be picked up the same day from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
REST OF THE USA: Continental US Only
At Deliberico, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to our valued customers. Please be informed that our shipping policy restricts deliveries to the continental United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska.
We strive to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends, after receiving your order confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method, typically taking 1 to 6 business days to arrive. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
We partner with UPS for shipping; however, delays beyond our control may occur, especially during peak seasons. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.
As part of our commitment to providing efficient and secure delivery services, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Important Notice: Temperature-sensitive items
For optimal product condition, please note that orders containing temperature-sensitive items (fres meats, anchovies...) will not be shipped on Thursdays or Fridays. This is to avoid extended transit over the weekend.
All products requiring special handling are shipped in insulated refrigerated packaging, complete with gel packs. This meticulous packaging ensures that the quality of your items is preserved at optimal levels throughout the entire transit duration.
These products are only shipped locally within Florida or One-day Air shipping for the rest of the US for optimal product condition. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact us.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
The free shipping offer with the code FREESHIPPING applies exclusively to purchases over $100. Please note that this offer is limited to ground shipping and covers a maximum shipping cost of $29. If the shipping charges exceed this amount, the discount will not apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
