Olivapalacios, S.L. is a family-owned company dedicated to the production and packaging of high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). Located in the Campo de Calatrava region, in Almagro, within the province of Ciudad Real, Spain, this area has been renowned for olive oil production since ancient times. The volcanic-origin soil is rich in nutrients, and the climate is ideal for olive cultivation.

The company cultivates three olive varieties—Picual, Arbosana, and Arbequina—across its nearly 300-hectare olive grove. These olives are carefully harvested and processed in Olivapalacios' own mill.

Since 2009, the company has been committed to innovation, utilizing sustainable and environmentally friendly technology at every stage of production.
