Size & details
The oval slots in the blade produce air pockets when cutting. The “hollows” ensure that nothing sticks to the blade, and the hollow edge makes it particularly easy to cut the thin slices required when cutting ham.
All three pieces are made in Germany with the highest quality materials. They are stainless steel with plastic handles under the Montaraz ÚN1CO brand.
