Manchego Cheese Crackers by Lady Joseph are Spanish artisan crackers baked with Manchego cheese and extra virgin olive oil. They are crisp, savory and made in Spain, and they bring one of Spain's best-known cheeses to the table in cracker form.
Manchego is a sheep's milk cheese from La Mancha, known for its nutty, savory flavor and smooth finish. Baked into the crackers, it adds depth and a clearly Spanish character. Enjoy them on their own as a snack with drinks, or pair them with Manchego and other Spanish cheeses, Serrano or Ibérico ham, olives, pâté, preserves or dips.
Serving Ideas
- Build a Spanish cheese board with Manchego, cured ham and olives.
- Spread with pâté or a fruit preserve for a quick appetizer.
- Serve with dips at a tapas night.
- Offer as a simple snack with wine or a cocktail.
About Lady Joseph
Lady Joseph is a family biscuit maker from La Rioja, Spain, founded in 1926 by Josephine, a Frenchwoman who settled in Haro after marrying a Spaniard. She began baking cookies from her childhood recipes and flour from local producers, and opened a tea room in Haro that became a meeting place for locals and travelers. Today her grandchildren carry on the family business and keep her original recipes.
