The cockles featured in their range are sourced from the local seafood markets of the Muros and Noia estuary, renowned for their exceptional quality. These cockles undergo a thorough process at the seafood treatment plant, which includes cooking, deshelling, and meticulous cleaning to eliminate any residual sand.
