Made by Don Bocarte in Santoña, the home of the best anchovies in the World, following traditional methods, using only the best pieces. Mature and refine for at least 8 months, and cover them with a fruity extra virgin oil with a light touch flavor of ripe banana. They are characterized by their meatiness, low salt point and excellent cleanliness.
