Iberico ham production—Ana’s roots are deeply tied to one of Spain’s greatest culinary treasures. Her journey from Extremadura to Miami reflects her entrepreneurial spirit, independence, and lifelong passion for Spanish culinary heritage. Missing the traditional Spanish products, authentic Iberico ham, and gourmet Spanish foods that shaped her upbringing, Ana created Deliberico to share Spain’s extraordinary gastronomy with American consumers.
