Dry-Cured Serrano Loin by Fermin


Authentic Serrano dry-cured loin, made from Spanish pigs. There are two key components that make the quality and flavor of the Fermin Serrano products unique. The innate genetic traits of our select white pigs gives them a distinct texture. In addition, and above all, the care with which Fermin treats its animals, including their upbringing and grain-fed diet. This is a guarantee of higher quality. It means a product more tasty and complex.   

Loin (lomo) is traditionally served sliced very thinly and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. It's fantastic on a tapa platter with Manchego cheese, chorizo or ham slices. Lomo also makes a great bocadillo sandwich layered on a crusty roll.

Cured for a minimum of 70 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage.
