Fish stock Fumet by El Navarrico
This fish stock, fumet, is perfect for making Valencian paella or fideua, seafood or fish soup or stew like the classic “marmitako” Basque dish.
Shake well before use and add water and salt to taste before cooking. Once opened, keep refrigerated and need to be consumed within 3 days.
