On March 8, the city of Coral Gables transformed into an authentic Sevillian corner with the much-anticipated Feria de Sevilla in Miami. This event, paying homage to the iconic April Fair of Seville, attracted over 10,000 attendees to Alhambra Street, turning it into the epicenter of passion, color, and the joy of Andalusian tradition.

Throughout the day, attendees immersed themselves in a festive atmosphere filled with authenticity. Booths decorated with lanterns and polka dot fabrics evoked the essence of the original fair, while live flamenco performances, featuring talented dancers and guitarists, thrilled the audience with the power and artistry of this emblematic cultural expression.
Of course, gastronomy played a starring role, taking attendees on a culinary journey straight to Spain.
Deliberico at the Fair: Spanish Flavor at the "Caseta Bistro"
Deliberico could not miss this grand celebration and, together with Catering by Bea, presented the "Caseta Bistro," a space where visitors enjoyed a selection of traditional Spanish dishes made with the highest quality ingredients. Among the delicacies served were Andalusian gazpacho, seafood salad, Russian salad, assorted croquettes, tomato bread with ham and cheese, fried anchovies, Spanish omelet, and Montaraz Iberian ham, the highlight of the event. Each bite transported guests to the taverns and fairs of Spain, evoking the traditional flavors of the peninsula in a festive and welcoming environment.
