Deliberico's CEO attended the Salón Gourmets, the premier annual showcase of high-end food and beverages. This top event offers visitors everything from the most exquisite traditional products to the latest gastronomic trends, exclusively targeting gastronomy professionals. Taking place from April 22nd to 25th, 2024 at Ifema Madrid, Salón Gourmets features contests, championships, awards, tastings, show cookings, and numerous activities related to viticulture and gastronomy.

Salón Gourmets is Europe's number one quality food and beverage fair and one of the most prestigious globally. With a 35-year history of consecutive events, growing attendance, and a strong commercial focus, it is the go-to event for national and international professionals in the gastronomic sector, including restaurants, hotels, distributors, caterers, specialized wholesalers, and retailers.

     

During her visit to Salón Gourmets, Ana Hernandez, our representative, explored various suppliers' booths. She discovered exciting new products and novelties, including the latest from Vicens, where top chefs have joined to introduce new nougat flavors. She also found surprising flavor combinations from Don Bocarte and previewed the upcoming release of non-regular potato chip flavors from Bonilla a la Vista. In addition to these, Ana scouted new brands and hunted for special products to include in our gift boxes, ensuring we offer our customers the most delightful and unique culinary experiences.
