El Almendro Cosecha Propia is a limited edition where the nougat makers at El Almendro have combined tradition and innovation in seven recipes that showcase the nuances, textures, and qualities of their almonds.
This nougat is called Turrón Duro in Spain due to its crunchiness, in contrast to the classic soft version of this beloved Christmas treat. Following the traditional recipe and using 70% selected almonds from our fields, combined with caramel made from honey, sugar, and a touch of egg white, makes this nougat rich in flavor and nuances.
