We are proud to bring the authentic Serrano to the US market, made from pigs born, raised and processed entirely in Spain. Our pigs are older, heavier and fatter than the pigs from North Europe. This is a guarantee of higher quality. It means a more tasty and complex ham. Because we are committed to quality, our Serrano ham is now called Fermín Ham.
Cured for 10 months using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve
Great color, aroma and tasty on the palate. Perfect to enjoy by itself, on a charcuterie board, tapa or to add into any breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe. Pairs great with a Spanish beer, Albariño Wine, Jerez or a Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero or Rioja regions (including a Rioja Blanco).
