 INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 g of Salchichón Fermin
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Pickles or dill pickles, sliced
  • Seeded round bun

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the seeded bun in half and lightly toast it if desired.
  2. Layer the tomato slices and a few fresh basil leaves.
  3. Add the slices of salchichón.
  4. Top with pickles for an extra crunch.

       INGREDIENTS (serves 2-3):
      • 6–8 slices chorizo Fermin
      • 2 ripe avocados
      • Juice of ½ lime
      • 1 small tomato, finely diced
      • 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
      • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
      • Salt and pepper, to taste
      • 4–6 slices rustic bread (e.g., sourdough or country loaf)
      • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

      INSTRUCTIONS:

      1.Prepare the guacamole:  In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until creamy but slightly chunky. Add lime juice, diced tomato, red onion, cilantro (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.

      2.Toast the bread: Lightly drizzle the rustic bread slices with olive oil. Toast in a skillet, grill pan, or toaster until golden and crisp.

      3. Assemble the toast: Spread a generous layer of guacamole over each slice of warm toast. Top with 4-6 slices of Fermin Iberico Chorizo per piece.

      • fresh sub roll or small baguette, sliced lengthwise
      • 3–4 slices Salchichón Fermin
      • 3–4 slices  Chorizo Fermin
      • 2–3 slices Provolone cheese (or Manchego for extra Spanish flavor)
      • 3–4 slices ripe tomato
      • ½ cup shredded romaine lettuce
      • 4–5 slices Spanish-style pickles or green olives (optional)
      • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
      • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
      • Pinch of dried oregano, Salt and pepper, to taste

      INSTRUCTIONS:

      1. Prep the bread: Slice the roll lengthwise and lightly toast it if you like a crunch.

      2. Assemble the layers: Place the provolone (or Manchego) slices along the bottom half of the bread. Add a layer of Fermin Iberico Salchichón slices, followed by a layer of Fermin Iberico Chorizo.

      3. Add the veggies: Top with shredded lettuce, pickle slices or olives, and fresh tomato slices.

      4. Season & dress: Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over the vegetables. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.

      5. Finish & serve: Close the sandwich, press gently, and cut in half if desired. Serve with chips or a light salad.
